Imagine you wake up in the morning and head to the restroom to brush your teeth. You look at yourself and realize, wow I have zero muscle. This is something a large amount of men tend to live through. Wouldn't you want someone to guide you into building a physique you are proud of? Worry no more brother, i'll teach you the basics needed to be a stronger, more confident, and respected man.

Its a given that as a man no matter what stage in your life, you're likely busy. Working out just three days a week can transform your life. "A 2016 study published in the journal Sports Medicine found that when subjects with the same total weekly training volume hit the weights once, twice, or three times per week, the higher-frequency groups ultimately walked away with the biggest muscle." Seriously brother don't over complicate it. When I first started working out, I went twice a week. Over time you develop a habit that will be very hard to let go. 
Starting out in the gym will be a little intimidating, But honestly brother NOBODY cares. Simple workout splits work best for new comers, something like a upper and lower body split. Start with simple stuff shoulder press, chest press, back rows, and even pull/chin ups. lets talk about my favorite the chest press. Its such a versatile movement because it works so many muscles simultaneously. Here's a quick step to step guide for you. "Sit down in a chest press machine and ensure the seat is adjusted to a height that allows you to comfortably press the handles directly in front of you. Grab the handles, make sure your back is flush against the back rest, and brace your core. This is your starting position.Press the handles straight ahead until your arms are locked out, and pause for a count.Maintaining tension in your core, slowly reverse the movement to return to the starting position. That’s one rep." Always make sure to use a weight you can handle, last thing I need is for you to get hurt reading this post. Don't over complicate it either reps are multiple cycles in a set. I recommend about 2-3 sets with 10-12 reps.
Too keep it sweet brother, just get in the gym get moving. Act like a respective fool in there, try all the machines. This is the way I found how to enjoy my workouts. The more you put in the more you will get out, thats just how this works. We all have an image of what we want our bodies too look like, do it now while you're alive. This is one life, not a trial one.
